Selling/Transfering ownership of a website

If you would like to transfer ownership of a site or, it can be done very simply.

Follow these steps once the transaction of the sale is final and you are ready to give up the site or domain:

1) Have the new owner create a free account at JBServers.net

2) Submit a support ticket requesting the ownership change providing the following info:

  • Domain Name
  • New owners email address on file with JBServers.net
  • New owners First and Last name

3) We will confirm the change of ownership and wait for confirmation

4) Upon receiving final confirmation, the site will be switched to the new account, and hosting level passwords will be changed. The site will remain on the server and running with no change in functionality and 0 downtime.
