Q. How can I use WebDisk backup to make a remote backup of my website using Cpanel?

A. To make an off site backup of your website using cpanel:

1. Log in to your webdisk control panel.
2. Create a new FTP user and user directory
3. Log in to your sites Cpanel control panel
4. Click the "backup wizard" icon in cpanel
5. Click "backup" on the resulting page
6. Click "full backup"
7. In "backup destination" choose "remote FTP server"
8. Enter the information for your FTP server
9. Hit go, and wait ;)

An email will be sent to you when the process is complete, at the address you specify on the backup destination page.
