Q. I'm using jamroom integrated shoutcast, when I use shoutcast FTP, I cannot access the media folder. Why? A. Its pulling data from your jamroom media folder. Therefor, anything you would need to do in the media folder- needs to be done using your Jamroom FTP info and should be done in the jamroom media folder instead of the shoutcast media folder.
