Q. Can I change the billing cycle?

A. Yes, we can change the billing cycle for hosting packages at any time. Simply submit a support ticket requesting the change and let us know which hosting package to change.

The options are:

monthly (1 month)
quarterly (3 months)
bi-annually (6 months)
annually (12 months)

Changes to the billing cycle will be reflected at the next billing period when the next invoice is generated.
